Graduates at the Belgrade marathon

Being one of the best educators in Serbia does not only mean teaching maths, serbian language or physics, but also teaching them important life lessons. To teach them how to think, what kind of relationship they have toward others and what attitude they have towards improving themselves as personalities. Learning them that activism and healthy life are the values promoted by the professor of physical education of the Zemun’s high school, Saša Porubski, through the movement ;graduates marathon. Through presentations, forums, trainings, and competitions, graduates marathon spread the ideology of healthy and active lifestyles, and one of the tasks is that the students marathon when they become mature.

This year, 250 graduates ran, and six of them ran a full marathon. Despite the rain, only a positive atmosphere could be felt, and the red t-shirts that they wore provided them with recognizability and track record. The booth, again in red, was a real magnet for passers-by and an excellent way to spread his idea.

The enthusiasm that the audience and the passers-by have shown us in the Association - the diversity of the Best Educators we rewarded last year is the great strength and hope of the projects of "The Best Educators of Serbia". Congratulations to all the participants and wishes that the number of marathon mathematicians will be doubled the following year!
